Lundgren Subaru of Claremont is expanding and seeking an experienced Automotive Technician (Flat Rate) to join our growing dealership team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain Subaru vehicles as well as other makes, delivering quality work in a modern, well-equipped service facility.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Technician or Mechanic required.
• Subaru and ASE certifications preferred, or willingness to obtain certifications.
• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Subaru vehicles as well as other makes and models efficiently and accurately.
• Perform a variety of automotive services, including brake repairs, suspension work, engine diagnostics and repair, alignments, and general maintenance.
• Utilize manufacturer diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
• Adhere to all manufacturer guidelines, dealership policies, and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle conditions and repair recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
