• ASE certifications or Subaru certifications preferred
• 2+ years automotive technician experience in a dealership or independent shop

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, etc.
• Perform work per repair order with efficiency and accuracy per dealer and factory standards
• Conduct multi-point inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability
• Communicate with service advisors and technicians about status and repairs needed
• Keep up with manufacturer training and certifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Main Shop Technician Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Conduct multi-point inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability
• Communicate with service advisors and fellow technicians regarding status and repairs needed
• Keep up with manufacturer training and certifications (we help you with that!)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Main Shop Technician Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $23.00 to $35.00 Flat Rate

QualificationsMain Shop Technician Qualifications

• ASE certifications or manufacturer certifications preferred (Subaru a plus, but not required)
• At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or independent shop setting
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented and willing to learn and grow
