World Finance is looking for a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax returns. The role requires daily outbound calls, in-person meetings, and meeting performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to independently perform bank runs and transport deposits.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, multi-task environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax preparation services.
• Process payments, updates, and document activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate, compliant records and complete required training.
