Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning, Inc. seeks a Training Specialist in Connecticut to translate policies into practical learning solutions for diverse roles. You will design and deliver training across formats, coach staff, and support onboarding while aligning with quality standards.

The role collaborates with QA, operations, and clinical services to ensure effective learning, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance, with travel as needed within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 2–3 years in human services, training, QA, or related area.
• Experience with residential/day/school/community settings preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training in multiple formats (in-person, virtual, onsite, small groups).
• Support onboarding programs and new-hire training initiatives.
• Adapt facilitation methods for frontline, clinical, educational, and admin staff.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and skill-building support to staff and managers.
• Participate in agency-wide learning initiatives and micro-trainings.
• This position will train to be a CT Investigator.
• Assist supervisors with observations, feedback, and competency assessment.
• Share observations with leadership and QA to drive improvements.
