SPS is seeking an On-Call Office Services Specialist (Floating) in Chicago, IL to provide administrative support, mail & shipping, and workplace hospitality across client sites. This flexible, supplemental role offers exposure to multiple high-profile sites and rapid skill development.

Responsibilities include mail/shipping processing, copy/print support, front desk and guest services, and general administrative assistance while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and office technology.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and follow shipping/receiving procedures.
• High school diploma with 6+ months experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mail & Shipping Support: Process inbound/outbound mail and packages with proper chain-of-custody.
• Print & Reprographics: Support copy/print, scanning, imaging, binding, and equipment upkeep.
• Office & Facility Support: Maintain organized spaces, restock supplies, assist with meetings.
• Front Desk & Guest Services: Welcome visitors, manage calls and logs, provide concierge-like service.
• Administrative & Client Support: General admin tasks and strong customer service.
