Job summary

Command Investigations, LLC is seeking an Insurance Claims Investigator with at least one year of field experience to join a dynamic team. You will conduct investigations for workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, and property claims, gathering evidence and writing detailed reports for clients.

Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of field investigations experience, including face-to-face recorded statements and report writing.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
• Proficient in report writing and typing (50+ WPM).
• English speaking required; multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct claims investigations by gathering evidence, interviewing involved parties, documenting findings, and preparing comprehensive reports for client review.
• Investigate workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, and property claims.
• Submit daily updates summarizing progress and observations.
• Perform scene investigations, recorded statements, and courthouse research.
• Deliver client-ready reports that meet quality standards.
