Job summary

Command Investigations, LLC is seeking an Insurance Claims Investigator with at least one year of experience to join a fast-paced investigative team in the United States. You will conduct claims investigations across workers' compensation, general liability, auto, and property claims, gathering evidence and preparing detailed reports for client review.

The role requires attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of field investigations experience, including face-to-face statements and report writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook; strong keyboarding skills (50+ WPM).
• Understanding investigative processes, insurance law, and claim procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex field investigations across multiple claim types.
• Gather evidence, interview involved parties, and document findings.
• Prepare comprehensive, client-ready investigative reports.
• Submit daily progress updates to clients.
• Perform scene investigations and related activities (statements, canvassing, records search).
• Ensure safety and maintain reliable transportation to job sites.
