Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-3 years of Claims, SIU, or adjusting experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
• Excel in report writing and typing (50+ WPM).
• Understand investigative processes, insurance law, and claim procedures.
• English speaking required; multilingual is a plus.
• Reliable personally owned vehicle and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct claims investigations by gathering evidence and interviewing parties.
• Document findings and prepare comprehensive client-ready reports.
• Investigate workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, and property claims.
• Submit daily progress updates and manage case timelines.
• Perform field activities including scene investigations and document retrieval.
