Job summary

Command Investigations LLC is seeking an Insurance Claims Investigator with a minimum of one year of experience to join a dynamic team. This role offers an hourly pay rate of $23-$30, with schedule typically Mon-Fri and location within a 2-hour radius of the posted location.

You will conduct investigations, interview involved parties, gather evidence, and prepare client-ready reports across workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, and property claims.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Claims, SIU, or adjusting experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or a related field.
• Excel in report writing and typing (50+ WPM) with accuracy and attention to detail.
• English speaking required. Multi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct claims investigations by gathering evidence, interviewing involved parties, documenting findings, and preparing comprehensive, client-ready reports.
• Investigate insurance claims including workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, and property cases.
• Submit daily updates summarizing progress and observations.
• Manage time effectively to meet client billable-hour expectations.
• Deliver detailed, professional statements and investigative summaries.
