Responsibilities

• Professionally manage local facility and related vendors.
• Maintain the Access Control cards and Access Levels for the local segment of global Access Control system.
• Interact with managers to maintain and report Access Control issues.
• Greet clients, vendors, and visitors and coordinate visits with staff.
• Maintain appearance and maintenance of the facility.
• Order office and pantry supplies and coordinate shipments.
• Coordinate service with building cleaning vendors and liaise with Property Manager.
