You will coordinate with kitchen and dining teams, monitor inventory and labor, and ensure brand standards are met, contributing to guest satisfaction and cost-control goals.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years food & beverage experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 hotel environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Restaurant & Bar operations with energy and confidence.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain a strong floor presence during key meal periods.
• Ensure brand, quality, and guest satisfaction standards are consistently met.
• Coordinate between kitchen and dining teams for smooth service flow.
• Monitor inventory, manage labor levels, and support cost-control goals.
