Responsibilities

• Maintain positive guest relations and confidentiality at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Know hotel features, services, hours, room rates, promotions, daily counts, arrivals/departures and group activities.
• Be familiar with local attractions to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment safely.
• Follow OSHA regulations for chemical use and hotel requirements.
• Complete daily reports as instructed by supervisor.
• Prepare guest rooms within 26 minutes to hotel standards.
