COMMONWEALTH LODGING MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a full-time Restaurant & Bar Supervisor for Hilton Garden Inn Home2 Suites Downtown Columbia, SC. The role focuses on leading daily operations, staff training, and delivering exceptional guest service in a 24/7 hotel setting.

You will coordinate with kitchen and dining teams, monitor inventory and labor, and ensure brand standards are met, contributing to guest satisfaction and cost-control goals.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years food & beverage experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 hotel environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly
