Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcoming smile as they enter Barclays Center.
• Scan tickets and verify credentials for guests.
• Provide guests with directions and assist them to their seats.
• Maintain a fun, safe environment in assigned sections.
• Respond to guest questions, complaints, and information requests.
• Perform varied duties efficiently, switching tasks as needed.
• Use excellent customer service and a positive attitude at all times.
• Complete tasks within guidelines set by Guest Services Managers.
