• Reliable, punctual, and able to attend schedules.
• Must have reliable transportation to Barclays Center.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on entry with a welcoming attitude.
• Scan tickets and verify credentials for access.
• Provide directions and assist guests to their seats.
• Maintain a fun, friendly, safe environment in assigned sections.
• Respond to guest questions, concerns and requests promptly.
• Perform duties with efficiency while adapting to changing tasks.
• Use strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Complete tasks within deadlines set by Guest Services Managers.
