Job summary

Fixins Soul Kitchen is seeking Temporary Event Staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences at catered events, private functions, and community gatherings. You will support front- and back-of-house operations, help with event setup and breakdown, and ensure food and beverages meet Fixins’ quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of restaurant, catering, or event experience, can communicate clearly, and are willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, catering, or event settings is preferred.
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and teammates.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional hospitality and create a welcoming, high-energy event atmosphere for all guests.
• Support event operations including setup, service, and breakdown as needed.
