Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty.
• Answer inbound calls or in person inquiries to resolve concerns.
• Adapt to customer needs to meet and exceed expectations.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for investigation.
• Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
• Record details of inquiries, complaints, or actions taken.
• Assist with venue sustainability programs and event setup/cleanup.
• Collaborate with team to close venue operations after shows.
