Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking staff for an on-call hospitality role in Houston, TX. The position requires flexible scheduling, basic food service knowledge, responsible alcohol service, and experience with POS systems.

Qualifications

• 2 years work Full Service or Banquet experience interacting with people in a positive environment
• Must have a valid alcohol awareness certification or be capable of obtaining certification
• Working knowledge of basic food service, responsible alcohol service, drink recipes and garnishes, point of sales systems
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
• Previous Fine Dining Experience
• Previous Serving experience in the Hotel and/or Hospitality Industry
• Cash handling experience
• Experience recognizing valid ID's
• Experience in a live music environment

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service in a fast-paced live entertainment setting
• Interact with guests in a positive environment while ensuring safety and compliance with alcohol service guidelines
• Operate point of sale systems accurately and efficiently
• Assist with standard serving duties and maintain clean, organized service areas
