Topgolf is seeking an Event Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle from first inquiry to executed event. The home venue could be based at the Philadelphia, King of Prussia or Mount Laurel venues.

This role drives revenue growth through pipeline development, account conversion, and delivering high-quality guest experiences in a high-energy venue. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience with leadership of direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field required.
• Proven success in high-volume events or hospitality sales environments.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM; Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from inbound inquiries to close, including tours and proposals.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and partner with operations for flawless events.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy, track performance, and forecast effectively.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify improvements and grow the Topgolf brand in the community.
