Job summary

Topgolf is seeking an Event Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle from inquiry to executed event at our venues across the United States. You will drive revenue growth through inbound and outbound efforts while delivering high-quality client experiences in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in hospitality or events.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading direct reports and managing high-volume events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from inquiry to tour, proposal, and close.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and partner with operations to execute flawless events.
• Monitor metrics, forecast accurately, and identify opportunities to improve the sales process.
• Collaborate with venue teams and leadership to achieve revenue targets.
