Job summary

Topgolf in Buford, GA seeks an Event Sales Director to own a high-volume book of business, lead a team of Sales Admins, and drive revenue across venues. You will balance personal selling with team leadership, coordinate with venue operations, and ensure a best-in-class guest experience through precise event execution.

Expect a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, travel between venues, and a strong emphasis on pipeline growth, client relationships, and cross-functional alignment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including leadership of direct reports.
• Proven success in high-volume events or hospitality sales environments.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM; Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads and outbound business development.
• Develop client relationships and drive repeat business through upsell opportunities.
• Deliver in-person selling experiences via site tours and client touchpoints.
• Grow and retain top accounts to maximize lifetime value across venues.
• Facilitate BEO meetings across venues for accurate event details and execution.
• Ensure event readiness by managing packets, payments, and operations.
• Analyze daily metrics and pipeline reports to stay ahead of targets.
