You will engage with attendees, communicate product information, and generate leads while scheduling in-home consultations.

This frontline, part-time role offers paid training, weekly pay, base hourly earnings, and uncapped bonus potential.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; comfort talking with people is key.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Positive, outgoing, and reliable mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup.

Responsibilities

• Engage attendees in a friendly manner at events.
• Ask questions and listen to homeowners’ window and door needs.
• Invite interested homeowners to enter giveaways and learn more.
• Confidently represent Renewal by Andersen products and services.
• Schedule free in-home consultations with our Sales team.
• Assist with event setup and break down displays, lifting up to 30 lbs.
