Job summary

Encore Global seeks a Technician to setup and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will ensure complete customer satisfaction, meet guests on site, and troubleshoot AV equipment and software as needed.

This role requires a High School Diploma (Associate’s preferred), 1 year of customer service or AV experience, and a valid driver's license. You will interact with clients, complete navigator entries, and contribute to revenue through upselling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree not required; HS diploma required with preferred associate's degree.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment accurately and on time.
• Exceed client expectations and maintain positive relationships on-site.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues promptly and professionally.
• Enter orders and interact with staff/vendors; assist with invoices when needed.
• Upsell services to increase revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
