Job summary

Sazerac in Texas is seeking a Distribution Dock Coordinator to help run our outbound distribution by coordinating trucks, drivers, trailers, and shipment paperwork. You’ll use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage outbound orders and serve as a key contact between drivers, warehouse teams, and internal partners.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a direct impact on daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Check in/out drivers, assign trailers, and coordinate movement at the dock.
• Use WMS to coordinate outbound orders and trailer assignments.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation for shipment readiness.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and partners to resolve issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for outbound loading questions and delays.
