Job summary

Western New York Integrated Care Collaborative, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to manage the dock, verify loads, and check in drivers in a fast-paced environment. The role includes printing BOLs and packing slips, communicating with CSRs, and handling calls and emails daily.

Responsibilities include maintaining records of inbounds, schedules, orders, and driver communications, performing data entry, and prioritizing multiple client requests with accuracy and initiative.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Initiative and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic PC skills and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Manage and check-in drivers efficiently and effectively
• Maintain records and track items such as inbounds, BOLs, packing slips, schedules and orders
• Perform data entry as needed
• Daily communication via telephone calls and emails to internal departments
• Prioritize and multi-task client requests daily
• Obtain and evaluate information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Respond promptly and courteously to client requests
• All other duties as assigned
