Job summary

BuzzBallz is seeking a Distribution Dock Coordinator to keep outbound distribution running smoothly by coordinating trucks, drivers, trailers, and paperwork. You will use our WMS to manage outbound orders and serve as the main contact between drivers, warehouse teams, and internal partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful work experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or related environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with employees, drivers, and partners at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out drivers, assign trailers, and coordinate movement of trucks through the distribution dock.
• Use the WMS to coordinate outbound orders, shipment activity, and trailer assignments.
• Prepare, verify, and follow up on shipping documentation to ensure orders are accurate and ready for shipment.
• Communicate with internal and external drivers, warehouse teams, and partners to coordinate loading and resolve shipment issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for outbound loading questions, delays, and other operational issues while supporting dock safety and efficiency.
