Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch operators, drivers, and crews to job sites daily.
• Schedule crews and equipment using dispatch software for efficient execution.
• Secure routing plans and permits for oversized and overweight loads.
• Serve as point of contact for customers; answer calls and assist with scheduling crane services.
• Review employee timecards and prepare weekly reports.
• Support office manager, sales and staff with day-to-day tasks.
• Participate in daily planning meetings and occasional management discussions.
