Parts Town is seeking a Workflow Coordinator to join the Continuous Improvement team. You will forecast daily dispatches, create execution plans, and ensure staff coverage at the HMI for effective goods-to-person picking and on-time shipping. You’ll alert leaders to issues and help clear jams while driving a WAV vehicle.

You will execute daily planning, monitor progress, and coordinate with managers to uphold same-day shipping commitments. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced environment experience preferred.
• Experience in scheduling, forecasting or production planning.
• Solid understanding of distribution operations.
• Excellent communication skills, especially via phone/radio.
• Proficient in Excel for planning and reporting.
• Data-driven decision making and quick problem solving.
• Willingness to learn to operate additional equipment (lift).

Responsibilities

• Forecast daily production rates.
• Plan daily labor to meet forecast.
• Monitor and evaluate actual vs plan rates.
• Coordinate with DC leadership on work changes throughout the day.
• Release outbound work to ensure SLAs are met.
• Monitor DC automation systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide feedback to leadership on daily operations.
