Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Workflow Planner to maintain a continuous flow of product from vendors to customers, focusing on picking, shipping, and receiving operations. You will ensure product safety, quality, and compliance while aligning priorities and documentation.

Responsibilities include scheduling orders, coordinating across systems, and directing yard and dock flow. You will collaborate with customer service and support outbound operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with materials handling and RF equipment.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all inbound and outbound orders in company systems.
• Coordinate order processing across systems and personnel.
• Direct the flow of vessels between the yard and dock doors.
• Prioritize and monitor daily workload to meet customer requirements and timelines.
• Maintain records for inbound and outbound deliveries; assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare outbound paperwork.
• Collaborate closely with customer service.
• Maintain daily departmental attendance log.
