Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team using Aramark's coaching model.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
• Plan and lead daily team briefings and manage P&L targets.
• Oversee front-of-house operations for cafeteria/residential dining.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality food service and guest satisfaction.
