Job summary

LifeWorks Restaurant Group, an independently operated division of Aramark, seeks a Food Service Director to lead daily operations, mentor a diverse team, and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will oversee service quality, drive financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure safety and compliance while innovating menus and guest satisfaction, with emphasis on leadership, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of experience in a related role.
• Requires 1–3 years of management experience.
• Experience in food service or hospitality operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop teams to maximize contributions.
• Oversee operations to ensure safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Drive financial performance, budgeting, and cost controls.
