Job summary

LifeWorks Restaurant Group, an independently operated division of Aramark, seeks an Executive Customer Dining Manager to lead front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience at a premier corporate dining location. You will recruit, coach, and develop staff while fostering recognition and accountability, ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction.

You will monitor labor, costs, and inventory to support budget targets.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in private and/or executive dining room leadership.
• Fine-dining/Executive dining experience preferred.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH operations for the client center and lead fine-dining service.
• Prepare schedules and manage labor to budgeted guidelines.
• Complete administrative duties including payroll and reporting.
• Enforce sanitary practices and Serv-Safe guidelines.
• Recruit, hire, and develop staff.
