Butler America Aerospace L.L.C. is seeking a Call Center Representative (CSR) in East Syracuse, NY. The role centers on connecting homeowners with Company Dealers, providing warranty info, and handling triage for customer issues.

The position offers a structured training path within a global HVAC leader known for its credibility and career growth. Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with a pay range of $16–$19 per hour. Bilingual Spanish adds a $20 per hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Person.
• HS diploma or GED.
• 6+ months inbound call center experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Typing 35–45 words per minute.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Dealer Referrals—connect customers with a dealer for sales or service, and warm transfer to a Company Dealer.
• Help homeowners get connected with the Company Dealer.
• Provide customers with Production Warranty Information.
• Engage in product comparison conversations with callers.
• Refer dealers to distributors.
• Serve as a switchboard using a database to route customers to the correct department.
• Triage customer complaints (Tier 1) and escalate to Tier 2.
• Triage remote access or Wi‑Fi capable products like thermostats. Identify issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Equipment Dealer Referrals-getting a customer connected with a dealer that can provide sales or service, CSR will warm transfer to a Company Dealer
