Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a supportive team and be the face of exceptional service. You will help customers throughout their journey by inspecting and maintaining equipment, using U-Scan tech to dispatch rentals, and preparing invoices for returns.

The role offers on-the-job education, a $100 hiring bonus, and a $300 bonus after completing equipment inspection and certification. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and answer customer questions.
