Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service, assisting customers and coordinating rental equipment. You’ll work with a supportive team, using U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, and help with equipment inspection and maintenance at our centers.

The role offers on-the-job education, a $100 hiring bonus, and a $300 cash bonus upon completion of the Certification Program.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment) and drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment)
