Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service at a busy location. You will help customers, dispatch and return equipment, and inspect gear for safe operation, while using the latest mobile tools to manage rentals.

The role includes on-the-job training, a fast-paced team setting, and opportunities to grow with the company. Multiple interviews and immediate start are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Inspect and prepare equipment and trailers for customers.
• Answer questions and educate customers about offerings.
• Handle rental invoices and returns, and support safety procedures.
