Job summary

FASTSIGNS España in Milwaukee is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage daily relationships with customers, handling emails and calls while guiding orders from inquiry to delivery. You will capture needs, advise on solutions, coordinate with design and production, and ensure quality checks are met.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging in sales conversations with customers.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Experience in conflict management and resolution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Suite a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, via email or phone.
• Listen to customer needs and apply consultative sales approaches.
• Define best solutions and coordinate with design & production.
• Process estimates and track orders with colleagues.
• Interact with design/production to ensure accurate orders.
• Perform quality checks and arrange installation or pickup.
• Process payments and follow up on late payments.
• Contact customers to confirm satisfaction and upsell.
• Reach out to dormant/high-potential customers to increase revenue.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers for specialty products.
• Collaborate with the team to drive sales and productivity.
