Equity Bank is seeking a Credit Analyst in Cedar Falls, IA to evaluate borrower's finances and prepare detailed credit presentations for loan approvals. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and excellent communication to support decisions and customer relationships.

You will work on-site in the Credit Administration department, handling cash flow analyses and collateral assessments while following banking regulations and internal policies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and high accuracy to identify risk factors in credit evaluations.
• Ability to think critically and make informed decisions from credit data.
• Effective written and verbal communication to convey credit findings to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office for financial spreads and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Produce high quality credit presentations and annual reviews for internal and external authorities.
• Use customer information to produce consistent financial spreads.
• Analyze spreads with emphasis on borrower financial activity.
• Identify material changes/trends in balance sheet and income statement.
• Complete deal-specific and global cash flow analyses.
• Identify and analyze the adequacy of loan collateral.
• Prepare reader-friendly credit documentation for approvals.
• Manage relationships with Loan Officers.
• Follow up with customers, CPAs and advisors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with loan policy, underwriting guidelines and credit procedures.
