Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail to identify risk factors and ensure quality.
• Ability to think critically and make informed decisions from credit data.
• Strong written and verbal communication to convey findings to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality credit presentations and annual reviews for Approval Authorities.
• Analyze financial spreads and cash flows, identify trends and collateral adequacy.
• Prepare reader-friendly credit documents showing Equity Bank's position on facilities.
• Manage relationships with Loan Officers and coordinate with CPAs/advisors.
• Understand loan policy, underwriting guidelines, and credit procedures.
• Relate with customers to gather information and maintain a positive bank image.
• Prepare reports: weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual as assigned.
• Follow laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act and SAR requirements.
