Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-charge accounting in commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing procedures.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly property financial statements.
• Calculate CAM, property tax, and insurance recoveries.
• Set up lease records in Yardi and manage operating expense schedules.
• Monitor cash balances and reconcile bank accounts.
• Prepare journal entries and general ledger.
• Assist in annual operating budgets.
• Calculate and pay monthly management fees.
• Review AP/AR processes.
• Support new project setup with the Accounting Manager.
