Total Tool, a NEFCO company, is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our front-line retail team. You’ll help customers, solve problems, and set the stage for growth in sales, handling quotes and orders and coordinating with Outside Sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Desire to grow career with an industry-leading company.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain exceptional relationships with all customers, primarily in the electrical, mechanical and construction industry
• Provide each customer with knowledgeable and excellent service both in person and over the phone
• Process quotes and orders for customers
• Work in coordination with Outside Sales to streamline the customer experience
• Engage in ongoing training sessions, staying up to date on new and current products, services, and industry trends
