Total Tool, a NEFCO company, is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our retail sales team. You will build relationships with customers in electrical, mechanical, and construction sectors, deliver knowledgeable service, and process quotes and orders. Collaboration with Outside Sales enhances the customer journey and supports growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience.
• Desire to grow your career with an industry-leading company.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain exceptional relationships with all customers, primarily in the electrical, mechanical and construction industry
• Provide each customer with knowledgeable and excellent service both in person and over the phone
• Process quotes and orders for customers
• Work in coordination with Outside Sales to streamline the customer experience
• Engage in ongoing training sessions, staying up to date on new and current products, services, and industry trends
