Total Tool, a NEFCO company, is seeking a Counter Sales Representative in Louisville to assist customers, answer questions, and drive sales on the front lines of our retail operation.

You will build relationships with customers in the electrical, mechanical and construction sectors, process quotes and orders, and work with Outside Sales to ensure a smooth experience. This role emphasizes ongoing product training and excellent service on site and by phone.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience
• Desire to grow career with an industry-leading company
• Highly motivated
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain exceptional relationships with all customers, primarily in the electrical, mechanical and construction industry
• Provide knowledgeable and excellent service both in person and over the phone
• Process quotes and orders for customers
• Coordinate with Outside Sales to streamline the customer experience
• Engage in ongoing training sessions, staying up to date on new and current products, services, and industry trends
