Total Tool, a NEFCO company, is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our fast-paced retail team. You will build strong customer relationships in electrical, mechanical and construction sectors and handle quotes and orders both in person and by phone.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in electrical, mechanical and construction industries.
• Provide knowledgeable service in person and over the phone.
• Process quotes and orders for customers.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales to streamline the customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current on products, services, and industry trends.
