Job summary

Total Tool, a NEFCO company, is seeking a Counter Sales Representative in Omaha, NE. You will be on the front lines of our retail sales operation, helping customers, solving problems, and setting the stage for growth in sales.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. Requirements include at least 2 years of customer service experience, a desire to grow with an industry-leading company, and strong teamwork and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience.
• Desire to grow career with an industry-leading company.
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain exceptional relationships with customers in electrical, mechanical and construction industries.
• Provide knowledgeable and excellent service in person and over the phone.
• Process quotes and orders for customers.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales to streamline the customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training on products, services, and industry trends.
