Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
• Manage project schedules and timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Maintain effective communication between project team members, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure cost efficiency.
• Conduct regular project status meetings to assess progress and address any issues.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
• Collaborate with the project manager to resolve any project-related challenges.
