Responsibilities

• Creates, develops, implements, and oversees programs and activities at recreation centers to serve adults, teens, children, and the community.
• Demonstrates sports procedures, leads activities, and ensures safe, enjoyable participation.
• Provides program support for school-based youth activities and events.
• Maintains attendance, participant records, and revenue data; processes registrations and materials.
• Provides information about programs to the public and delivers excellent customer service.
• Handles daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth service flow and proper documentation.
• Transports youth to field trips and special events as needed.
• Enforces rules and safety protocols for all activities.
• Develops marketing materials and attends events to promote programs.
