Advanced Management Company in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a high-energy Community Manager to oversee leasing, revenue and expense management, maintenance, sales, and customer service. You will lead a diverse team and drive marketing initiatives while ensuring exceptional resident experiences at multiple communities.

The role combines leadership with hands-on operations, including budgeting, vendor management, and event coordination to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Industry managerial experience.
• Knowledge with MRI, leasing, revenue and expense management, maintenance management, sales, customer service, marketing and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team meetings and set priorities with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Inspect property daily for curb appeal and market readiness.
• Handle leasing, tours, and follow-ups with prospective residents.
• Process rental applications with approved screening company.
• Prepare move-in/ move-out paperwork and coordinate turnovers.
• Manage resident events to maximize participation and retention.
• Oversee advertising, promotions, and market surveys with Marketing Director.
• Maintain accurate resident files and input renovation data in MRI.
• Handle payroll, budgets, and administrative tasks in AVID/Kronos.
