Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for The Standard at Atlanta. You will lead the site team to achieve occupancy and financial goals while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include Leasing & Marketing, budgeting, vendor management, and ensuring Fair Housing compliance. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and 2+ years in property management are expected; Licenses may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management roles; leasing cycle experience preferred.
• Locally mandated licenses/certifications strongly preferred and in some cases required.

Responsibilities

• Lead site team to meet occupancy and financial targets.
• Provide exceptional service to residents and prospects.
• Manage leasing, marketing, and community relations activities.
• Oversee maintenance, budgeting, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
