Qualifications

• Three to five years as a Commercial Property Manager or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead property management operations including financial, administrative and maintenance tasks.
• Prepare budgets, reports, and CAM reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure alignment with budget guidelines.
• Oversee vendor relations, contracts, and construction projects.
• Ensure regulatory and contract compliance; maintain tenant relationships and retention.
